Who Will Win the Super 14 Rugby?
Here are my rankings, followed by where teams are on the ladder at the end of round 6. Although I am biased, I figure 3 Kiwi teams will end up in final 4.

Land Ownership in Bangalore, India
Pretty dull sounding topic huh?
According to a Wired article, "it's almost impossible to determine who actually owns any given piece of Bangalorean real estate".
On the one hand, there is an official register of ownership that only covers 15% of the city.
On the other hand, 85% of the city is occupied by people who don't definitively own the land beneath them. They do have centuries of ancestral connections to the land, but little evidence. Consequently, proving ownership means these people need to wade through Indian bureaucracy. It can take 15 years to resolve....
So, as much as Bangalore is the new Silicon Valley, India still has a long way to go. The primary focus of the Wired article is that to buy land in this high tech city you need to deal with armed, murderous gangsters!
