Improving Surfing on a Pocket PC (a free* idea)
It would appear that soon Pocket PCs will be capable of a resolution of 640x480 or higher. This means that, combined with wireless broadband or WiFi, they could be used as portable internet browsers, which would see them really take off in popularity. The problem is that on such a small screen the web will be too small to read.
Solution: Incorporate a touchscreen. When the user touches the screen, the screen will zoom in on the surrounding area. When the user touches it again, it will zoom out. That simple, that basic. Anything more complicated is doomed!
